A company has at least two challenges: Creating value for its customers and increasing that value in the future. At its core, this means making a real difference, finding solutions and reaching people with your business.

Efficient target group targeting is used to narrow down potential customers on the web as precisely as possible. We then develop an efficient online strategy to address them digitally in a customized way.

Targeting means what?

The goal of any digital targeting campaign must be to reach a specific target group as precisely as possible. Targeting means delivering marketing messages of all kinds to the appropriate people in a targeted manner. In German “Zielgruppenansprache”. Find the right words and ways to reach your customers.

One example to help us understand the digital customer approach even better:
For example, one user shows great interest in spices. Now, if we take a close look at his/her surfing behavior, we will find that he/she leaves spicy little traces. We can analyze these touch points on the Internet and derive strategic recommendations for our customers.

One way to do this is through environment targeting, for example. Among other things, it runs on thematically appropriate page views of forums, blogs, trade journals, mobile apps and more.

What happens now with targeting?

Digital profiling enables accurate classification of the user – our potential buyer. For example, the task could be to target all spice fans who are looking for particularly hot spices (behavior targeting). Or: targeting spice lovers who regularly use a particular blog or app (environment targeting). Targeting is also possible to address people who have visited a particular spice store in Nuremberg or searched for it online (regional targeting).

The golden rule in target group targeting: The right thing at the right time!

The Internet offers a multitude of opportunities to address this extremely exciting digital topic.
