Nuremberg (July/2021) Today, efficiency and speed are more in demand than ever in online marketing. The creation of online advertising media is much more than just an adaptation of classic campaigns.

ad pepper media, based in Nuremberg, is the specialist for lead generation and target group targeting. Every day, ad pepper creates online campaigns for many customers, tens of banners in various formats and plays them out digitally worldwide. “Online banner creation is a separate discipline in online marketing. We design and deliver all common formats for our customers. Automating the processes was therefore an obvious choice for us,” says Susanne Pilz, Managing Director at ad pepper.

Together with DGM, a communications and software agency, the adCreator was therefore developed last year. The advantages: fast response options, simple adaptation of motifs without time-consuming coordination and administration processes, and all this while maintaining high quality standards and maximum flexibility.

“We’ll start by implementing an online application with a modern interface that makes automated banner creation possible in just a few steps,” says DGM’s Jens Greive.

Create online banners quickly and flexibly – with the adCreator

The adCreator offers maximum flexibility. Screen designers first create a template for the online banners as a template. These templates are animated and automated HTML5 banners. Thanks to automation, these can then be quickly and easily adapted to different formats. Even non-designers can easily add text changes, call-to-action buttons, images and translations into other languages in just a few minutes. This saves time and costs. In addition, the corporate CI of the banners is always preserved, as it is firmly anchored in the base template and thus reapplies with every change.

Brand new is the video function in adCreator, with which video sequences can be cut and then downloaded as MP4.

“The adCreator is also perfect for A/B testing,” says Susanne Pilz of ad pepper, “As an application software, the adCreator will soon definitely be indispensable in the industry and we will continue to develop it further.”

ad pepper offers its customers the option of using the adCreator themselves and linking it to existing in-house customer systems. This allows customers to create, update and change banners themselves. Of course, customers will still be able to draw on ad pepper’s full range of services: From banner creation to delivery and optimization of online marketing measures – everything from a single source, with full cost and project transparency at all times.

The expansion of the adCreator is already planned for the second half of 2021. This is to be connected to the ad server and DSPs so that banners can be played out from the application without any manual intermediate steps. This takes the adCreator to a new level: we can then implement online measures for our customers even more productively and effectively.
