Sustainability is more important than ever in times when climate change is making itself painfully felt all over the world! Everyone should do their utmost to make our society and our lives more sustainable. Of course, companies should not let themselves off the hook in this regard. Sustainability is extremely important to us at ad pepper, which is why we are pleased to announce that we are a new supporting member of Bluepingu e.V..

Bluepingu e.V.

Since 2008, Bluepingu has been working on the vision of making the Nuremberg Metropolitan Region more sustainable. The main goals of the association are the promotion of environmental and nature protection as well as socio-ecological change. Through a variety of projects, Bluepingu provides all citizens with the opportunity to participate in building a more sustainable society. Current projects of Bluepingu e.V. include ZeroWasteNuremberg, the Nuremberg City Garden and the Nuremberg Food Council.

Sustainability at ad pepper

To do our part for a sustainable Nuremberg, we at ad pepper have been trying for years to make our everyday work as environmentally friendly as possible. We work completely paperless, try to minimize our office waste by cooking together during breaks, for example, and offer sparkling water from the tap in our office to avoid using plastic bottles.

Last April, Susanne Pilz, Managing Director at ad pepper, came up with the idea of a joint work project in the Nuremberg city garden. The garden is run by Bluepingu e.V.. Without further ado, we grabbed rakes, shovels and gardening gloves and spruced up some of the vegetable beds. At this team event, we were able to see for ourselves the great work that the Nuremberg association is doing for more sustainability in the city.

Therefore, the decision to become a supporting member of Bluepingu e.V. was easy for us. We hope to be able to support our new partner in the implementation of many more projects, and we are also already looking forward to more sustainable team events together.
